Eligibility criteria for the UAE Remote Work Visa
You must submit the following documents:
- Passport with a minimum 6-month validity.
- Medical insurance with UAE Coverage.
You must also meet the following requirements, regardless of whether you are an employee or a company owner:
Employees
- Must be under a one- year contract with your current employer.
- Earn a minimum salary of USD 5,000 per month.
Business owners
- Have proof of ownership of a company.
- Earn an average monthly income of USD 5,000.
Depending on whether you are an employee or business owner, you must provide the following information:
Employees
- Proof of contract employment (with a one-year validity).
- Salary slips of last month.
- Bank statement of the past three months.
Business owners
- Proof of ownership of a company.
- Proof of monthly income.
- Bank statement of the company for the past three months.
